Inside Bern, the Dortmund family tower (FAS=11), which was defended by one tower garrison troop, was captured by assault by Louis Bude, a knight, with (M=886) 1,996 auxiliaries, 2,000 arquebusiers and 5,000 heavy cavalry. Inside Valence, Baron Henry Talbot took de facto control of the town by defeating its garrison of 407 men (LOY=548) with his (M=910) 10,000 pikemen, 34,945 auxiliaries and 34,000 arquebusiers while Philiberte of Orange, the location's tenant, looked on from her tower. At Arles (FAS=984, FAR=348), Charles de Lenoncourt, Count of Lenoncourt, subjected the town to siege bombardment with his twelve cannons (G=999). One cannon self-destructed while the location's FAS was reduced to 976. There was no counter-battery fire. At Przemysl (FAR=80, FAS=999) Christine Jagellon (G=60), Magistrate of Marienburg, subjected the walls to siege bombardment with her 26 cannons. One of these self-destructed while inflicting no damage. Piotr Petrus(G=0), Bishop of Kamieniec, then engaged in counter-battery fire with his two cannons, one of which self-destructed without inflicting any damage upon the enemy. Inside Debreczen, Lavenas Jagiello, King of Hungary, took de facto control of the town by defeating its garrison of 250 men (LOY=999) with his 5,749 auxiliaries, 1,000 arquebusiers, 1,000 archers, 400 heavy cavalry and 532 crew (M=634).
